Exhibitor's guidelines and information

The general guidelines cover the timetable, checklist and payments, the exhibition area, constructed and unconstructed areas, outdoor stands, general instructions and additional services.

Ordering equipment and services

Order everything your booth needs in advance: furniture, power points, lighting, 24-hour electricity and water.

Further forms (outdoor electricity and rigging, compressed air, parking stickers, design company details, the executives' club, structural engineer and PR) are available in Hebrew on the Hebrew manual page.

Tips for success

Plan your booth

Plan the booth size around your needs at the show: storage, counters, seating, shelves, demonstration and PR equipment, a company video, business cards, catalogs and products to demonstrate. Make sure the plan fits the space ordered, the height limits and the exhibition's building rules.

Design your booth

Show your brand in an attractive, welcoming way with focused commercial messages. Highlight your best products or a new launch, and keep access between visitors and sales staff easy. We recommend established booth designers who supply design renderings and graphic design and handle the construction directly.

Refreshments

Light refreshments keep visitors at your booth and give your sales staff time for an introduction. Exhibitors who want to serve food and drinks must order in advance through the exhibition center's franchisees only.

Hands-on experience

Let visitors try your products where possible, and offer useful promotional items carrying your logo and contact details.

Booth staff

Put your most skilled people in the booth, define roles for each day (leaflets, customers, leads, samples and gifts) and keep the booth staffed during all opening hours.

Promotional material

Keep leaflets accurate, readable and focused. Use the same graphics in the booth and in your printed material for a consistent customer experience.

Schedule

Keep to the build-up days and hours, the setup days and the dismantling procedures published in the exhibitor briefing.

Safety, structure and insurance

Follow the exhibition and work safety regulations. Order a structural engineer's inspection of your booth in advance, and insure the equipment on display through your insurance agent.
